1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to misuse or regular wear and tear.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Images or videos (if applicable)
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Personal care items (trimmers, hygiene products) once opened
- Used kitchen tools or appliances
- Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)
6. Exchange Policy
We offer free replacement for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
