Shipping Policy
At Infinity Collectives, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your orders will reach you.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is shipped, including the tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
📦 Standard Delivery (India):
- Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days
- Delivery may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
🚀 Express Shipping:
- Available on select products and pin codes at additional cost.
- Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during high-demand seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen events like weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply on COD or lower-value orders (visible at checkout)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select locations and on eligible products.
- COD orders may be verified via call or SMS before processing.
- Maximum COD order limit: ₹2,000
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track your order at any time from the “Track Order” section on our website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is:
- Delayed: Please allow up to 10 days before reaching out to us.
- Marked Delivered but not received: Contact us within 48 hours.
- Damaged or wrong item received: Email us with images at infinitycollectivess@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—global delivery is coming soon!
